For Buyers
We coordinate the sourcing process for Australian SMEs — gathering structured responses from vetted suppliers so you can review your options and connect directly with the right one. Free for buyers, no obligation.
A quick message to get started — or complete the full RFQ form for a faster, more detailed response.
The Problem
Finding the right supplier means searching across directories, websites and referrals — with no consistent way to compare what you get back.
Quotes arrive in different formats, with different inclusions. It is hard to know if you are comparing like for like before committing.
Chasing multiple suppliers for responses, clarifications and updated pricing takes time that most SME teams simply do not have.
Procurement rarely happens at a convenient time. When you need something, you need it quickly — and the sourcing process should not slow you down.
The Process
Complete one structured request with your requirements, quantity, delivery location and timeline. We ask the right questions upfront so suppliers can respond accurately.
We match your request to relevant suppliers in our network, collect their responses and compile a clear portfolio of options for your review — in a consistent, comparable format.
Review the options at your own pace. When you are ready, select the supplier that best fits your needs and we facilitate the introduction. You deal directly from there.

Getting the Best Results
The more detail you provide, the more accurate and useful the supplier responses will be. Here is what to include.
Be as specific as you can — product name, model, specification or a clear description of what you need. Vague requests produce vague responses.
Include the quantity you need and how it is measured — units, cartons, litres, metres. If you have a recurring need, mention the frequency.
Your state or postcode and when you need delivery by. If there is flexibility, say so — it can open up more supplier options.
You do not have to share a budget, but if you have a target or ceiling it helps suppliers respond with realistic options rather than aspirational ones.
What You Get
Each portfolio is compiled from supplier responses to your specific request. What is included depends on what suppliers provide, but we aim to present the following for each option.
